Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Automated Refunds: You will receive an automatic, full refund of your Qc if a coach declines your session, fails to accept it in time, or if no coach accepts your "Instant" request.
  • 5-Minute Window: You have 5 minutes after a session starts to request a cancellation/refund. You can do this via the "Request Refund" button in the chat.
  • After 5 Minutes: Once a session has passed that 5-minute mark, refunds are not automatic. If you experience an issue or poor experience, please open a support ticket in our Discord—our team will review and handle it fairly.
