Refund & Cancellation Policy¶
- Automated Refunds: You will receive an automatic, full refund of your QC if a coach declines your session, fails to accept it in time, or if no coach accepts your Instant request.
- In-Session Refund: Within the first 5 minutes of a session, you can press the "Request Refund" button in the chat. Your coach has 1 minute (60 seconds) to respond. The coach can Grant the refund (you receive your QC back and the session ends) or Deny it (the session continues). If the coach does not respond within 60 seconds, the refund is not granted automatically — the session continues, and you can open a support ticket.
- Extension Refund: After a session extension is granted, a new 5-minute refund window opens for the extended portion. The same refund process applies.
- After 5 Minutes: Once a session has passed the 5-minute mark, in-chat refunds are no longer available. If you experience an issue, please open a support ticket in our Discord — our team will review and handle it fairly.
