During Your Session: The Step-by-Step

Once your session is confirmed, here is what to do.

Rejoining a Session

If you are in a session and accidentally close the tab, you can rejoin at any time by pressing the “Return to Session” button at the top left of your screen.

How to Join the Voice Chat (Discord)

All sessions and support are run through our Discord server (discord.gg/queueup) for smooth, clear communication. Inside the session chat, you’ll receive a Discord server link and a unique, shareable code.

1. Join our Discord server.

2. Go to the "session-access" channel and paste your code.

3. The bot will assign you a role, making a new "Private Coaching" voice channel visible to you at the top of the channel list.

4. Join this new voice channel to meet your coach.

How to Purchase More Time (Session Extension)

If the session is going great and you want more time, you can request an extension.

1. Press the "Session Extension" button, which is available in the chat header.

2. This will open a menu in your chat where you can select the number of additional 1-hour sessions.

3. After you confirm, the coach must also accept the extension request.

4. If you have enough Q Coins and the coach accepts, the new time is added and your session continues.

How the Session Ends

Your 1-hour session timer is a guideline. The session will not automatically close when the timer reaches 0:00. When you are finished, you must ask your coach to formally end the session, as only they have the "End Session" button.
