  • Payment Information: When you purchase Qc or a Subscription, our third-party payment processor, Stripe, will collect your payment card details. We do not store your full credit card information. For Coaches and Affiliates, we collect your Payoneer-associated email to process payouts.
  • User Content: We collect information you post to the Service, such as your profile bio, session preferences, session notes, and reviews.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect technical information about how you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, cookies, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your payments and payouts (via Stripe and Payoneer).
  • Facilitate coaching sessions and display your preferences to your Coach.
  • Communicate with you, including sending verification codes, purchase confirmations, and booking reminders.
  • Send you marketing and promotional materials (you may opt out at any time).
  • Monitor and enforce our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
  • Improve the Service and analyze usage.

2.1 Lawful Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

  • To perform our contract with you (e.g., to create your account, provide coaching sessions, and process your payments).

  • With Coaches/Customers: We share necessary information (e.g., your profile name, preferences, "Qup Gold" status) to facilitate the coaching session.
  • With Service Providers: We share information with third parties who perform services for us, such as payment processing (Stripe), payouts (Payoneer), and data hosting.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., a subpoena).
  • To Protect Our Rights: We may disclose information to enforce our Terms, protect the safety of our users, and prevent fraud.

3.1 International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the US. If you are accessing the Service from the EEA, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that your data is being transferred to a country that may not have the same data protection standards.
