How to Get Coaching: The 3 Modes

We offer three ways to get coaching, each designed for a different need.

Mode 1: Qup Instant (Get a Coach Now)

This is the fastest and simplest way to get a session with a high-quality coach at a fixed, low price. It's perfect for testing the waters or meeting new coaches.

  • Price: Fixed at 1330 Qc
  • How it works:

1. Click "Instant" and select your in-game role.

2. After payment, you are taken to a "waiting card" screen.

3. The system finds available coaches. You will be presented with one to four randomly selected coaches who have accepted your request.

4. A 5-minute timer starts. You must choose one of the coaches within this time.

5. Once you pick a coach, you are immediately taken to the session chat to begin.

6. If no coaches accept or if you fail to pick one in 5 minutes, your order is canceled and your Qc are automatically refunded.

Note: Repeatedly queueing and canceling just to cycle through coaches may result in a ban. If you want a specific coach, please use Direct or Booking.

Mode 2: Qup Direct (Choose an Online Coach)

This mode lets you browse all coaches who are online right now and start a session immediately.

  • Price: Varies (coaches set their own prices)
  • Filtering: You can use the filters to find the perfect coach for you. You can filter by:

- Price: Set a min/max Q Coin range.

- Skill: Look for specific skill tags (e.g., Pro player, Challenger).

- Champions: Select your favorite champions to find a specialist.

- Role: Filter by the coach's in-game role (e.g., Top, Mid, ADC).

  • How it works:

1. Click "Direct" to see a list of all available online coaches.

2. Use the filters (described above) to narrow down your selection.

3. Select the coach you want and proceed to the payment breakdown screen.

4. After you pay, the coach receives your "live order."

5. Once the coach accepts your order, you are immediately taken to the session chat to begin.

6. If the coach declines or does not accept within 3 minutes, your order is canceled and your Qc are automatically refunded.

Mode 3: Qup Booking (Schedule for Later)

This mode lets you schedule a session in advance with any coach, whether they are online or offline.

  • Price: Varies (coaches set their own prices)
  • Filtering: You can use all the same filters as "Direct" (Price, Skill, Champions, Role), with the addition of the Time filter.
  • How it works:

1. Click "Booking" to see all coaches on the platform.

2. Use the filters, including the timetable filter, to select a coach and a time slot.

3. Proceed to the payment breakdown screen and confirm your session.

4. Your session is now "pending" and the coach is notified. (Coaches are instructed to accept or decline all bookings as soon as possible). The coach has until 4 hours before the session starts to Accept or Decline it.

5. You will receive an email and on-site notification when they accept.

6. At your scheduled time, a "Return to Session" button will appear (top left of the site), taking you to the session chat.

7. If the coach declines or fails to accept the booking in time, your order is canceled, you will be notified via email, and your Qc are automatically refunded.

  • Booking Window: Please note: You can schedule a booking for any day up to one week in advance.
